Established in May 5th, 1904 when the present-day Tudor House Neighbourhood Pub first became a gathering place in Esquimalt. This watering hole was originally know as the Sailors and Soldiers Home where it served as the location for the first Esquimalt Council meetings. After the Royal Naval institute sold its interest in 1935, The Tudor House was reborn as a neighbourhood pub. Several renovations have been completed over the years, but the standard theme has remained untouched.
